Using the Soak
When you are ready to use the homemade bay leaf herbal bath soak ,the best way to use it is by filling your bathtub up with plenty of hot water. Then what you want to do is take 3 cups of the bath soak and pour that into the bathwater and allow it to dissolve into the water for about 5 minutes. The bath will look milky and have dried herbs floating all around, but this is what the bath is suppose to look like. Then what you do is step into the tub and soak in it for as long as you possibly can or until you become ache free.

After the bath you will notice less aches and pains and you will feel more relaxed. You skin will also feel very soft and smooth and have a lovely light lavender scent to it. This bath soak is also very good for irritated dry skin. However, if you are allergic to chamomile, lavender, or bay leaves you should not use this homemade bay leaf herbal soak at all.
