Lately, lemonades are my new favorite beverage to suck down when I am thirsty. I think it is the sweet and sour taste of the beverage that has me hooked. However, I do not like that fact lemonade. I like the real kind made with freshly squeezed lemons, purified water and a tablespoon of pure sugar. It tastes a whole better than the store bought kind too and it is free from artificial garbage, preservatives, and dyes. Best of all it contains my daily dose of vitamin C, which I greatly need due to the severe inflammation in my body.

Next, squeeze the juice out of the lemon using a juicer or by hand, if you are very strong directly into the cup. After, add in the sugar, water and ice and combine the ingredients together with a spoon. After, you will have yourself tasty homemade healthy lemonade that will provide your body with a boost of vitamin C, which is always needed by the body.
