I was recently looking for a fragrant free natural body lotion to use in the morning after bathing that would not clash with my body splash fragrance. I came across the Lush Cosmetics Coco Lotion and decided to try it. Man Oh Man! I am so happy I found this body lotion. It cares for my skin just as I wanted it too. My skin is glowing, soft and smooth and my razor bumps no longer trouble me after shaving. I have severely dried out skin on most occasions and shaving my legs tends to leave them red and irritated even when I use a shaving lotion to shave. It is horrible.
Anyways, sadly, this lotion is not available anymore at Lush for some reason, but I am happy I stocked up when I did. I do not know what I am going to do when I am out of this Coco Lotion because it has really helped me skin greatly. However, we are not here to discuss it leaving Lush Shelves, but we are here to discuss the basics of this amazing skin care product.
Packaging and Pricing
The Coco Lotion from Lush Cosmetics comes in this black pot with 7.9 ounces of lotion in it. I still wish they would just round up the amount of lotion they put in the pot to 8 ounces, but anyways, a wish is a wish for a reason. The price I paid for this body lotion was around $26, which too me, was a bit pricey, but so worth the money because a little bit of this hand and body lotion goes a super long ways because it is so rich, creamy and hydrating. However, depending on where you live and purchase the lotion it could cost you more or less do to taxes.

Texture, Appearance & Scent
The Coco Lotion has a creamy airy whipped texture to it that is very rich and moisturizing. The appearance is a white creamy color that reminds me of coconuts, and the scent is well ZERO because there is not scent to this body lotion, which makes me a very happy girl. Fragrances tend to bother my allergies and asthma. I am very happy this one does not.
Applying the Coco Lotion
My Favorite way to apply the lotion is to take a small handful of it and massage it into my skin from head to toe after a hot bath or shower. The lotion just melts right into the skin and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy oily feeling behind. I really hate lotions that do, do that. Instead, my skin always feels silky soft and smooth with a bit of youthful vibrancy to it after using it. It is lovely I might add. It has even helped fade away the stress marks on my legs, which makes me super happy.
I really wish this Coco Lotion from Lush would stay in stock and on shelves, but sadly, it is not. Who knows maybe some day Lush will bring this fabulous lotion back. For now, I will use up what I got happily until it is gone.
