¾ cup of white cane sugar or natural sugar
4 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup of cornstarch
Pinch of seal salt
2 ¾ cups of milk or goat’s milk, coconut milk or almond milk
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients into a medium size saucepan and cook on high heat while constantly stirring mixture until it becomes a smooth thick creamy chocolate pudding, which usually takes about 7 to 10 minutes.
