Pork tenderloins always taste the best when slowly cooked. One of my family's favorite slow cooked pork tenderloin dinners is the, "Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin with Herbs & Pineapples." It is a sweet and spicy dish that is comforting, meaty and filling.
Five Pound Pork Tenderloin
Two Cups of Pineapple Chopped Up into Bite Sized Chunks
Two Tablespoons of Dried Cilantro
Tablespoon of Dried Parsley
Tablespoon of Dried Coriander
Forth Teaspoon Each of Black Pepper, Salt and Cayenne Pepper
Teaspoon Each of Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
Forth Cup Each of Pineapple Juice, Brown Sugar and Maple Syrup
Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker pot and turn your slow cooker on high medium to high heat and allow the pork tenderloin meal to cook for six hours. After, the pork tenderloin should be tender, full of flavor and ready to serve up with your favorite side dishes. My favorite side dishes to serve up with this yummiest are pureed butternut squash and mashed potatoes.
