Homemade whipped butter is a tasty treat to have on freshly baked breads, muffins, bagels, waffles and vegetable side dishes. Best of all, it is real simple to make and is much better for you than that store bought chemical filled butter you buy. In fact, real homemade butter is excellent for bone and teeth health.
Four Cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
Teaspoon of Salt
1. Carefully measure out and pour your ingredients into a ice cold medium sized metal or glass mixing bowl.
2. Place your mixing bowl under your mixing machine or pull out a hand mixer and mix the ingredients on high speed for about three to five minutes, or until you get a thick creamy butter mixture.
3. Stop the mixture once you have a thick creamy butter, and scoop the butter into a serving dish or container.
4. Serve the butter up with meals at mealtime, or store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
