Every night during the winter I have used the Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Night Crème to help keep my skin from becoming red, itchy and dried out. It actually has worked very well and my skin has become softer and a lot firmer. My skin is more hydrated and has a glow to it now.
This nighttime crème comes in a 1.7 ounce jar, which is very small. I know your suppose to use it for your face, but I use it on my body and yes I did need a lot of jars. The crème itself is super hydrating because it is thick and I mean super thick, but with a creamy silky texture to it. It is greasy, but I honestly could care less because I put the crème on and head right to bed. In the morning, I wake up and have silky smooth well hydrated skin. The crème does have a strong scent to it that is somewhat unpleasant, but I didn't mind that either. All I wanted was my skin to stay hydrated and not itch.
These ingredients are what kept my skin silky soft and free from redness and itching.
Applying the Creme
I usually like to apply this nighttime crème after a warm relaxing bath. I find the creme absorbs into my skin a lot better this way. After, I put my pajamas on and head to bed. By morning, my skin is super silky soft with a radiant glow. I sometimes even like to use this crème on my feet before bed because it helps softens my rough dried out heels right up.
I do think this crème is expensive for the little jar, but it is worth using because it has improved the way my skin looks and feels. I will continue to use it in the wintertime or when my skin is super dry. I would recommend it to anyone to use on their dry skin at nighttime to help keep their skin hydrated and soft. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a face crème because it causes my face to breakout. Otherwise, I think it is an excellent nighttime crème for the body.
