Once in awhile when I go out some place fancy and I am wearing a dress or shirt that shows off my legs and my legs don't look their best, I like to apply Corrective Leg & Body Makeup with SPF 18 in the shade of Sand by Exuviance. It helps gives my legs a nice even appearance and covers up any bruises, razor burns, nicks, cuts, birth marks, scars and even age spots.
The Corrective Leg & Body Makeup with SPF 18 is very easy to use. The way I like to apply the leg and body makeup is by first getting into the shower and scrubbing my body down with a nice body scrub to make sure all the dead dry flaky skin on my body is removed completely. This helps the makeup go on smoothly and evenly. When I am ready to apply the makeup to my legs I usually squeeze a couple tablespoons of it into my hands and rub it into my legs in a nice even layer making sure my legs are completely covered and have no streaks on them.
Once the makeup is on my legs I allow it to dry for a few minutes because if I don't I will get makeup all over my dress. Now you can also use this makeup on your face, belly, arms, neck, bottom, feet, and wear ever else you need some covering up. However, I wouldn't recommend you apply this makeup to your legs and body on rainy days because it runs right off and stains your clothing and makes a mess. I wouldn't even recommend this body makeup to someone with pale skin because it will make you look orange. I will say this body makeup looks and works excellent on tan, olive, and beige skin types.
Now the ingredients in the Corrective Leg & Body Makeup SPF 18 once again comes in the shade of Sand which is basically a tan shade. The ingredients in the makeup are sunscreens, colorings, minerals, silica, and some unnatural ingredients. Really isn't a natural or organic body care cosmetic, but it does do the job when you need to even out your skin tone and hide some flaws to make you feel extra special for your night out. The makeup is very thick and creamy, but not oily or greasy. It does feel a bit heavy on the skin, but it's not to bad if your only wearing it for a little bit. The makeup also washes off really easily with water and body wash and doesn't stain the skin at all. However, if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend you wear this leg and body makeup because again it isn't made with natural or organic ingredients and it might irritate your skin. I know I have sensitive skin myself, but I didn't have a reaction so just be careful if you do because all skin types act differently to different makeup products.
Anyways, the store I got my Corrective Leg & Body Makeup with SPF 18 in it was online at Beauty.com. The price I paid for my makeup was around $18 for a 1.75 ounce bottle which is kind of pricey I think. However, like I said before it did do a good job at covering up my flaws. I do hope those of you who try this leg and body makeup end up liking the way it covers up your flaws and how beauty it makes your legs and body look. I hope you have a fun time out on your special occasion.
