Why suffers of baldness should visit a hair transplant clinic?
Suffering from baldness does not have to occur. It can be corrected by visiting a hair transplant clinic. Here dermatologist and cosmetic surgeons can do procedures to help restore hair to the scalp, face and anywhere an individual would like to see hair growth occur to regain an appearance they can feel good about.
What is in a hair transplant clinic?
Inside a hair transplant clinic there are cosmetic surgeons and dermatologist who examine patients suffering from baldness due to hereditary and physiological reasons. Both medical professionals will demonstrate how they will do a hair transplant procedure on an individual using computer generated slide shows along with before and after photos. Once agreed upon a procedure that is right for the patient, surgical tools and sedatives will be useful for beginning the hair transplant procedure while the patient either sits or lies in a comfortable, yet adjustable procedure chair.
What is the purpose of visiting a hair transplant clinic?
The purpose of visiting a hair transplant clinic is to help correct hair baldness with effective procedures that help an individual gain confidence back in their appearance. Those procedures are punch harvesting, excision, strip harvesting, flap surgery, slit grafting and laser grafting. All procedures require minimum sedation and multiple treatments to restore hair growth.
Will bed rest be required after visiting a hair transplant clinic for a procedure?
No, bed rest isn’t usually required after visiting a hair transplant clinic. Typically, an individual goes into the clinic for their scheduled procedure and walks out the same day with little to no pain at all. With that said, it is still wise for patients to bring a friend or love one along with them for support and to drive if need be.
Dimpling fat ripples, you find surrounding the pelvic, abdomen and limbs is a condition known as cellulite or orange peek syndrome. The condition affects both men and women of all ages for various reasons ranging from hormones to genetic makeup. If you are someone suffering from cellulite one of your biggest questions might just be, “what are the treatments for cellulite?” There are countless treatments for the condition ranging from home remedies to cosmetic surgeries. Depending on the severity of your cellulite will determine what treatment is best for minimizing the appearance of it.
What exactly is cellulite?
Cellulite may sound like a medical condition, but it is not. Cellulite is fat beneath the skin that accumulates unevenly forming a bumpy appearance that is noticeable from the outer layer of skin upon your body. People of all sizes whether overweight or underweight can develop these unsightly ripples beneath the skin. Sometimes knowing the causes of why it occurred to begin with can help determine the right treatment to use. Sometimes cellulite occurs because of a poor diet and lack of physical activity. Other times the cause could be from dehydration or the body simply not distributing evenly throughout the body when it is stored. Hormonal changes and genetic makeup can be reasons for this condition to form as well. Whatever the causes maybe, most who have the condition are looking for ways to rid it since it does cause some self-image issues.
What are the treatments for cellulite?
The treatments for cellulite are countless. Again, depending on the severity of the condition will help determine which treatment or combination of treatments will work best for you. Some of those treatments are:
How are the different grades of cellulite determined?
The grade of cellulite you have is determined by a grade classification system. The first grade of cellulite means you have minimal fat ripples appearing underneath the skin. First grade cellulite is easy to treat using spa treatments such as seaweed wraps, red algae body masks, detoxifying clay masks and deep tissue massages. Homemade beauty recipes that work well for slightly visible cellulite you want to diminish the appearance of are homemade coffee scrubs, coconut massage oils and creams, and green tea baths. Adding in omega fatty acid supplements, collagen supplements and eating a rich diet high in healthy fats and vitamin C, A and E can help minimize the appearance of first grade cellulite too.
The next form of cellulite is second grade, which are ripples of fat under the skin with a loss of elasticity. Treatments commonly useful for treating this grade of cellulite are diet change that consist of lean healthy proteins and fruits and vegetables rich in omega fatty acids and vitamins A, C and E, spa treatments, exercise, massage therapy and laser treatments done by dermatologist. Liposuction treatments are sometimes offered by dermatologist as well for cases of cellulite that form largely in one particular area of the body. Other treatments that work well for minimizing cellulite at this grade are magnetic therapy, electrical stimulation, heat therapy and radial wave therapy.
The worst form of cellulite to have is third grade cellulite. This grade means you can visibly see large rippling fat dimples in various places around the body along with skin sagging. All the above treatment options mentioned in the treatment section of this guide are useful in treating cellulite at this grade.
With all that said, the only way to truly get your cellulite diagnosed properly so you know what treatment options are best for you is to speak and visit with a dermatologist. A dermatologist can examine your body properly and help you choose a treatment that minimizes your cellulite greatly, but it is wise to keep in mind that cellulite has no proven true cure that will rid it permanently away. This is because the causes of cellulite are not fully understood yet and are more theories.
What are some home remedies that can be useful in treating all grades of cellulite?
The home remedies that can be useful in treating all grades of cellulite are countless. This is especially true when expensive cellulite treatments are not affordable, or options you want to use in treating the condition. Some of them are:
Homemade Coffee Body Scrub: To make a homemade coffee body scrub all you need to do is combine three cups of freshly ground coffee grinds with a cup of sugar and a cup of olive oil. The coffee contains caffeine and antioxidants that help nourish, tone and firm up the skin reducing the cellulite’s appearance and the sugar and oil help exfoliate dead skin cells away while hydrating the skin so it has a smoother softer appearance and texture.
Green Tea Bath Soak: To make a green tea bath soak that will nourish and hydrate the skin with antioxidants that help reduce cellulite simply combine six tablespoons of organic green tea leaves with a cup each of baking soda and buttermilk powder and three cups of Epsom salt. Not only will this soak nourish and hydrate the skin, but it will pull toxins from it too. When the skin is well hydrated and purified, the signs of cellulite diminish giving your skin a youthful smoother look and feel.
Drink Herbal Teas: Herbal teas such as green tea and ginkgo biloba are two potent home remedies that fight away cellulite. This is because both herbs contain antioxidants and other chemical compounds that help burn fat. Burning fat means, the fatty deposits of cellulite are being eaten up naturally giving your body a smoother leaner appearance. Drinking several cups of these herbal teas each day is affordable and will do more than just rid cellulite away, but they will also help keep your body and mind as a whole healthy and strong by keeping all the systems of the body healthy.
Eat Sea Kelp: It might sound a little fishy, but eating sea kelp is a great home remedy for treating cellulite. Sea kelp contains fat burning nutrients in it. Add it to cuisine dishes or eat it, as it is to receive the benefits from it. Consuming it daily will not only help you fight off cellulite, but it can help balance out hormones too and as you have learned from this guide hormones can be a contributing factor to cellulite.
Apply Cocoa Butter: Another cause of cellulite appearing is dehydrated skin. The best way to hydrate and nourish it is by moisturizing it daily and nightly after a warm bath or shower with cocoa butter cream. Cocoa butter contains antioxidants that fight away signs of aging too. Some of the best places to get cocoa butter if you do not already have it on hand are your local whole food grocery stores.
Bottom Line for Cellulite Treatments

Finding the treatment that works best for you may take a bit of time, but once you do find one that provides positive results it is wise to stick with it. After all, you do desire to feel beautiful and confident in your own skin.

Lately I have been having a hard time finding a nice relaxing bath oil that doesn't dry out my skin. Recently, I came up with my own homemade relaxing moisturizing bath oil recipe to use in my bath. It is my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil. It is very relaxing and calming and doesn't dry out my skin.
The ingredients I used to make my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil are ½ cup of melted coconut oil, ½ cup of jojoba oil, ½ cup of almond oil, ½ cup of olive oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, and 5 drops of chamomile oil. You can find all these ingredients in your local health food store for under $10 for each product.
The materials I used to help me make my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil was 1 empty plastic bottle and a large glass measuring cup with an easy to pour spout on it. If you do not have these materials in you kitchen you can find them at your local dollar store for a $1 each.
The way I make my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil is by measuring out the ½ cup of melted coconut oil, ½ cup of jojoba oil, ½ cup of almond oil, ½ cup of olive oil, 10 drops of lavender oil, and 5 drops of chamomile oil and pouring them directly into the glass measuring cup. After I simply pour the ingredients into my bottle and cover it with a lid and shake all the ingredients together. After shaking you will have a nice relaxing and calming hydrating bath oil to use in your bath whenever you want to.
The way I like to use my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil in my bath is simply by filling up my bath tub with tons of warm water and pouring about a cup of the bath oil directly into the tub full of water. After I simply get into the tub and soak for as long as I can along the oils to soften my skin and the aroma of the lavender and chamomile to fill the room. After I am done soaking I simply get out of the tub and dry off my skin and wipe off any of the extra oils and water that might be left on my skin, and put some comfortable clothing on and relax some more. The only things I would recommend you do if your going to use this homemade bath oil ladies is that you put your hair up or in a shower cap because your hair can become a little oily from the bath and if you get the oil in your hair you will have to wash it out otherwise you will get it all over your clothing. If you do get it in your hair don't worry that the oils will damage it because they won't they will just condition and nourish your hair. Heck sometimes I just pour my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil over my hair as a nice natural oil hair treatment.
Anyways, I hope those of you who make my homemade lavender chamomile bath oil have a very easy time making it, and enjoy it in your bath tub if you do decide to use it. I know I sure did and will not buy anymore store bath oils to soak in anymore. Enjoy your relaxing, calming, and hydrating bath.

Once in a great while my skin and body needs a little bit of rejuvenating so I whip up a batch of my homemade rejuvenating body mask. It helps hydrate, nourish, firm, tone, and soften the skin and body right up in the comfort of your own home. It basically a home spa treatment that is affordable and relaxing and good for the body, mind, and soul.
The ingredients needed to make the homemade rejuvenating body mask are 5 cups of facial green clay powder, 1 cup of strong organic coffee, 1 cup of green tea, 1 cup of melted shea butter, 1/2 a cup of melted cocoa butter, 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil, and 1 tablespoon of almond oil. These ingredients should be organic or natural. They can be found at your local drug stores and herbal stores. Some of the ingredients you may even have on hand.
The reason coffee and green tea is used is because they both contain antioxidants and caffeine. The antioxidants help nourish and protect the skin while the caffeine helps tone and firm up the skin. The shea butter, cocoa butter, vitamin E oil, and almond oils are used to help hydrate, soften, nourish, and protect the skin while helping it glow so it looks younger and brighter. The clay is used to provide minerals to the skin that might be needed while also firming and toning the body right up.
The best way to make the homemade rejuvenating body mask is by placing the 5 cups of facial green clay powder, 1 cup of strong organic coffee, 1 cup of green tea, 1 cup of melted shea butter, 1/2 a cup of melted cocoa butter, 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil, and 1 tablespoon of almond oil into a large metal bowl. Then you will make to take a mixer and beat the ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes until you get a thick smooth dark color green mask. If you find the mask is too thick add more coffee and if you find the mask is to runny add more clay. The mask goes on the best when it is thick so keep that in mind when you are making this body mask. Once the body mask is made you can place it in a plastic container and take it straight to the bathroom to be used immediately.
Now the way you use this homemade rejuvenating body mask is by taking off all your clothing and lathering the body mask all over your body from head to toe in a nice thick even layer. You will want to apply this mask in the bathtub or shower without running water because it is messy and if you make a mess in the bath or shower you can simply rinse it down afterward without a problems. It is also okay if you get this mask in your hair because it will help remove hair styling products from it and help soften it up a bit as well while adding shine and nourishment. Once you have the body mask on your whole entire body allow it to stay on for 30 minutes for best results. The mask should dry a bit so if you want to place a towel or robe on and go do stuff around the house that is fine. However, I sometimes if find the mask is slightly oily and greasy and I am unable to do that so it is easier for me to stay in the bathroom with the body mask on and read a book. Once the times is up all you do is simply get into the shower and rinse the mask off. After your skin and body will be toned, firmed, glowing, softer, and brighter appearing. If you use this mask in your hair you might want to consider using a shampoo after rinsing the mask out to help clean your hair really well.
For those of you who try making this homemade rejuvenating body mask I do hope you have an easy time making it and a wonderful time enjoying what it does for your body and skin. I hope you all have a wonderful spa moment at home.
